Our product DigiVoucher allows for SMS distribution of Virtual Airtime as well as Cell2Cell banking It is the ideal solution for countries where no formal banking infrastructure exists.

• DigiSYS is the airtime management and billing platform that was developed to allow us and the buyers of the system to function as mini service provider or Virtual Private Network.
  
  
• DigiSYS is the system that has been adapted to manage the fax2email and email2fax billing process. Revenue here is generated on transaction billed via the system.

• On MTN billing platform for Siyaya project
  
• Telemasters, a least cost routing company utilizing the system to interpret billing records from networks and bill their client base as well as supplying them with full reporting on their airtime usage.

  Enquiries have been received from USAL's (Under serviced areas licence holders) to assist in setting up billing platforms.

DigiVoucher

DigiVoucher is a Virtual Voucher Database management system allowing Cellular Service Providers and large wholesalers to distribute vouchers via GPRS or SMS. Thousands of points of presence can be managed by a single person as the system:

FAX2EMAIL (PTY) Ltd

In April 2003 Fax2email was appointed by SafikaTEL and Internet Solutions to assist in roll out and administration of a newly launched product, Fax2email in the South African market place.

Fax2email's sister company, Digital SA developed a software management system used by Safikatel to process CDR's from Telkom, and manage agent commissions on as many levels as required.

Fax2email using an E-billing application that was custom designed by Digital SA to handle email2fax billing on a Pre and Post Paid basis, has been handling all billing and collections on behalf Safikatel for the past 3 years.

Fax2email also do billing and collections on behalf om some of its resellers and added to this will be billing of sending on behalf FAX2EMAIL and other buyers of FAX2EMAIL servers wishing to outsorce billing and collections We have sucsesfully completed several multinational rollouts and we process faxes on a daily basis for companies such as SAB, ABI, SA Post Offices Edcon and FNB and on behalf of more than 1 million individual subscribers and sme's

HOME911 is a software application that was designed to turn any Cellphone into an emergency button.

When you or any of the members in your group press the speed dial button HOME911 will auto sms notify all recipients specified by caller that the caller has an emergency at home. This could be for example the armed response company the neighbors and neighbourhood watch husband wife local police station etc.

• Upon registration an sms with the HOME911 panic button number is sent to users.
  
• HOME911 panic number is put on speed dial on all family member phones.

Our head office is at 55 Riefontein Rd, Rivonia. It is owned and occupied by the Group and Clive Rice, and is called Claric Place, we have other companies as tenants.

The property company was set up to turn monthly rent payments for offices into an Investment rather than an expense for the company.

The Company is also partially owned by Staff as part of their pension fund.
